Use
In this IMG activity, you activate (or deactivate) processes which are using SAP CRM.
Requirements
Before enabling the CRM-related processes you should be aware of the preconditions for the system landscape and the limitations. For more information, see SAP Note 821101.
Standard settings
The CRM-related processes are not active in a standard system.
Activities
Activate this flag if you want to use one of the following functions:
- Sales order management in CRM without replication of the sales order to ERP (Direct Delivery Scenario with unchecked deliveries);
- Third Party Sales Order Processing (TPOP) with CRM sales orders;
- Complaints and returns with CRM service orders.
Example
Note
The sales-from-stock scenario with replication of the CRM sales order toERP is not controlled by this activity; it can be used independently from this IMG activity.
