Use

In this IMG activity, you can organize and maintain the catalogs that are used for the complaints and returns process.

The following is a list of the SAP-delivered catalogs:

  • Decision
    • Catalog F
  • Defect
    • Catalog G   
  • Effort
    • Catalog H   
  • Follow-up activities
    • Catalog I

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Check the code groups and codes in the catalogs defined for complaints and returns.
    • Decision
      • Catalog F
    • Defect
      • Catalog G   
    • Effort
      • Catalog H   
    • Follow-up activities
      • Catalog I
  2. Choose Edit Catalogs to maintain catalog contents.
  3. Maintain code groups and codes for each required catalog.

Note: Catalog entries need to be synchronized between SAP CRM, the ERP system, and SAP EWM. Catalogs can be downloaded from the ERP system into SAP CRM for this purpose. The synchronization between SAP EWM and the ERP system is manual.
