Use
In this IMG activity you can define an exception code, which is sent to SAP CRM if a returns delivery is closed using /SPE/RET_WRONG_ASN_MONTR.

Define an exception code.
Activities
1. Define the exception code based on the message type.
Example
If you close a returns delivery because you did not receive any messages from SAP ICH dealer portal, choose Message Type 'Messages from SAP ICH dealer portal' and enter an exception code, which should be sent to SAP CRM in that case.
Note: There are other processes, in which SAP EWM sends exception codes to SAP CRM. Ensure that the exception codes are defined disjunctive.
