Use
In this IMG activity you can define a default catalog profile. The catalog profile determination in the complaints and returns process first takes the catalog profile maintained in the material master QM view into account. If no catalog profile is maintained in the material master, the default catalog profile is determined with this Customizing activity.
Requirements
Define a catalog profile for the complaints and returns process using Define catalog profile.

Note: You can also store a catalog profile in the material master. The material master catalog profile takes precedence over the catalog profile assigned via Customizing.
