Use
In this IMG activity, you can define the catalog profiles for the complaints and returns process.
In the initial view of the catalog profile, you can specify which catalogs and code groups from the individual catalogs should be used. If you enter a generic key for the code group, you can display a selection of the code groups in the catalog. You can use the special characters "+" and "*" . For example, if you enter "+A*" in the code group field, the selection only contains the code groups whose keys contain the letter "A" in the second character.
Classifications and system message settings are not used for complaints and returns.
