Use
In this IMG activity, you can set the Check and Combine Unchecked Deliveries transaction to convert unchecked deliveries to checked deliveries in the Service Parts Management (SPM) in ERP by performing, among others, an availability check. If possible, the system combines items of multiple unchecked deliveries into a checked delivery.
General
In this activity, you can:
- Configure list profiles.
- Maintain the parameters for creating deliveries
- Exclude function codes from list processing
- Assign list profiles to delivery scenarios
Selection of Unchecked Deliveries
If you set the With Unchecked Dels indicator on the Deliveries tabpagen, the system selects unchecked deliveries. The selection criteria are largely the same for checked and unchecked deliveries. The selection by ATP Check from ATP Event and ATP Release Date/Time is only supported for unchecked deliveries in Service Parts Management (SPM).
The system always displays unchecked deliveries in the document list. It is possible to select items for conversion. For connected items, such as delivery groups or kits, you must select all the items in the structure.
SPM-Specific Fields in the User Role
You can only control the conversion of unchecked deliveries by means of additional parameters in the User role in collective processing if SPM (see SAP Note 821101) is activated. These additional parameters include, for example, georoute determination, deactivation of the release date check, and the critical limit.
Requirements
You must have set up a connection to a CRM and an APO system. SPM creates unchecked deliveries automatically in ERP when a CRM order is saved without errors.
Standard settings
The standard list profile/user role UNCO is provided for the scenario UNCO, which is assigned to this transaction. You cannot change the scenario but you must assign your own list profiles to it. For more information, see Assignment of List Profiles to Delivery Scenario. You create your own list profiles in the Y* or Z* namespace.
