Use
In this IMG activity, you generate the model for qRFC distribution between a central ERP system and one or more EWM systems.
Requirements
You have activated EWM processing for the relevant warehouse number in the IMG activity Maintain Extended WM-Specific Parameters.
Standard settings
Activities
Choose Create entries to generate distribution automatically for a warehouse number in the IMG.
In this process, the system reads all the entries in the distribution model for the EWM.
- To ensure that the generated distribution for the EWM is visible in the distribution model, you must enter a name for the model view. You can then use this name to locate the generated distribution in the distribution model. If you generate the distribution for the first time, enter a new name for the view to be generated. If you want to expand an existing view, you must enter the existing name.
- Enter the logical name of the EWM system, so that the partner relationship can be defined in the distribution model. The sender's logical system will be read automatically (own logical system).
- You only have to define the distribution objects for the application data. The system uses the warehouse number as the filter object for distributing these objects.
- The following object/method combinations are generated:
- /SPE/LIKP SAVEREPLICA
- /SPE/LIKP DELIVERYCHANGE
- /SPE/LIKP REQUESTCHANGES
- BUS2015 SAVEREPLICA
- BUS2015 DELIVERYCHANGE
Choose the info buttons on the selection screen to display an overview of the existing entries in the distribution model. This overview is displayed in a tree structure, depending on the field from which you chose the info button.
If you choose the warehouse folder icon from the tree, the system checks the consistency of the entries for this warehouse number and generates missing entries.
You can display and change generated entries in the transaction Maintenance of Distribution Model.
If all methods are available, choose Check entries on the selection screen to check for a specific warehouse number.
Note: Distribution model entries are not transported automatically. Use manual transports or model distribution.
