Use
You can use this BAdI to determine an appropriate exception code for quantity differences on generated packaging items. Packaging items can be generated for packaging materials used in the Handling Unit data.
Requirements
Standard settings
The shipped default implementation determines a unique exception code based on the default Proof of Delivery (POD) reason code definition (table TVPODG).
If there is no unique POD reason code, or the default POD reason code is not uniquely assigned to one exception, the default implementation does not return an exception code and the system does not post any quantity difference for the packaging item.
