Use
You can use this BAdI to determine an appropriate exception code for quantity differences in the ERP system that a customer claim has reported.
Requirements
Standard settings
The shipped default implementation determines a unique exception code for the internal reason code "SHIP" (Shipper Responsibility). If there is no exception code defined for reason code "SHIP", or there are multiple exception codes defined, the default implementation does not return an exception code and the customer claim processing terminates.
