Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in Extended Warehouse Management Integration (LE-IEW) and enables you to determine whether transportation cross-docking should be executed for a delivery. In transportation cross-docking, the goods are not shipped directly to the customer or to the receiving warehouse but are first directed to a cross-docking warehouse.
This BAdI allows you to specify the warehouse to which the goods are shipped for cross-docking.

Standard settings

In the ERP system, this BAdI is not active and can be reused.

Activities

To activate this BAdI, you must create an active implementation.

For information about implementing BAdIs as part of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.

Example

You have an outbound delivery for a customer to be shipped from your warehouse in Dallas. You want to have the goods cross-docked in San Francisco for consolidation purposes. You can use this BAdI to assign San Francisco as the receiving cross-docking warehouse for the delivery.
