Use

In this IMG activity you assign worklists both to the business processes defined by yourself, and to those supplied by SAP. In doing so you define which employees can process postprocessing orders for the respective business processes.

Requirements

In the Customizing for the Postprocessing Office you have carried out the following IMG activities:

  • Business Processes-> Define Business Processes (optional)
  • Worklist -> Define Worklists

Standard settings

Activities

If you do not make an entry for all business processes in this IMG activity, meaning you do not explicitly assign a worklist to all business processes, you have the following options:

  • In IMG activity Define Worklists you define a standard worklist. In this case, this worklist applies for all business processes to which you do not explicitly assign a worklist in this IMG activity.
  • In this IMG activity, create a "generic" entry for which you specify just one worklist, but no business process. In this case, this worklist applies for all business processes to which you do not explicitly assign a worklist.

If you define a standard worklist and create a generic entry and specify different worklists, the system only takes account of the generic entry.
