Use
In this IMG activity you define the software components for which you wish to use the Postprocessing Office (CA-GTF-TS-PPO) in addition to the software components supplied with the standard system, and also the transaction with which you want the system to start the Postprocessing Desktop in change and display mode respectively.
If you have executed this IMG activity and call up the assigned transactions, the Software Component field on the initial screen and in the filter function of the Postprocessing Desktop is automatically hidden. In this case, the own filter attributes defined by yourself are available to you in the Postprocessing Desktop.

Requirements
For each the display and change mode you have defined a dialog transaction in the customer namespace (the transaction code starts with Y or Z) and assigned report /SAPPO/SAPLAPI_DIALOG_START with screen number 100 to the transactions.
Standard settings
See system table Software Components (/SAPPO/VS_CMPNT) for the software components for which you can use the Postprocessing Office as standard.
To obtain a clear overview of the contents of the system tables supplied by SAP, as standard, with the Postprocessing Office, use IMG activity Display System Settings for the Postprocessing Office.
Activities
- Specify a technical name for the component. This technical name must be in the customer namespace.
- Assign a transaction code for initial access to the Postprocessing Office, each in change mode and display mode.
- Specify any component description and any component title you like.
