In this IMG activity you determine the CO version in which the values for work completed are updated as statistical actual revenues. This definition depends on the controlling area.

You use CO versions to carry out independant planning and actual datasets in controlling. All actual data is as a rule posted in version 000.

After implementing the application (in current use) this setting can only be changed by arrangement with a consultant.

Example

Requirements

  • You have defined the CO version using IMG activity Create CO versions.
  • If construction progess reports for the CO version already exist in the controlling area, you can only change the CO version if the system message /SAPPCE/PNV027 was displayed as a warning. You can change this setting using IMG activity Change Message Control.

Standard settings

Recommendation

SAP recommends you use CO version 000 for work values.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the controlling area for which you want to define the CO version.
  3. Enter the CO version.
  4. Save your input.
