Use

In this IMG activity, you determine whether the system displays messages 004 and 005 from message class /SAPPCE/01 as information, warning, or error messages when an error occurs.

  • The system displays message /SAPPCE/01 004 if a user enters a new transaction (such as a partial invoice) with a gross amount that exceeds the order value of the purchase order item.
  • The system displays message /SAPPCE/01 005 if a user enters a new transaction (such as a partial invoice) with a gross amount that exceeds the value of the released service entry sheets for the purchase order item.

You can also make this setting for individual users.
