Use

This IMG activity lets you define the control parameters of settling returnable packgaging fees for each sales organization.

Define:

  • The settlement type that is used to calculate started months in the final settlement
  • The reimbursement type that is used to read the return of the returnable packaging in the final settlement
  • The period of free rental
  • Reimbursement in the case of overpayment
  • The order type used for debit and credit memos
  • The condition types used for percentage- and value-based credit notes

Free Rental Period for Customer Group and Customers

Activities

You can define periods of free rental (subject to sales organization and returnable packaging) for customer groups and individual customers.

Rental Fees as a Percentage of the Sales Value

Activities

For each sales organization and item of returnable packaging, specify the rental fees as a percentage of the value of the returnable packaging. In each case, the rental fees refer to a whole month from the actual date of the goods issue.
