In this IMG activity, you can define the conditions under which incoming Ship-and-Debit claims will be rejected, and a Ship-and-Debit claim response will be sent back to the distributor/ reseller.
The rerouting can occur on failure of validations defined for the following stages in ship-and-debit claims processing:
1) Inbound processing of Ship-and-Debit claim IDoc
2) Release of DRM claim record from staging area.
3) Processing of Ship-and-Debit due list record.
4) Ship-and-Debit claim credit memo request rejection.
Example
Suppose your business process demands that distributor/ reseller should always send a ship-and-debit authorization number, then set reroute flag for validation number 21 which is "Authorization is Mandatory".
During inbound processing of claim IDocs, the presence of ship-and-debit authorization will be checked. If it fails then the IDoc will be rerouted to the distributor/ reseller who sent it.
