In this IMG activity, you can map credit memo request rejection reasons to ship-and-debit rejection reasons.
If credit memo request created for a ship-and-debit claim is rejected by putting a rejection reason, and there is an entry in this table for that credit memo request rejection reason, then claim rejection IDoc carrying the mapped claim rejection reason is automatically sent to the distributor/ reseller.
Example
Credit memo request rejection reason A1 is mapped to ship-and-debit rejection reason 01.
Now if you reject a credit memo request line item for a ship-and-debit claim with reason A1, then the system will send a claim rejection IDoc to the distributor/ reseller with 01 as the reason for claim rejection.
