In this IMG activiy you define simple rules for Ship-and-Debit Claim Matching for bill-up claims.
Simple Rules are based upon a communication structure and the checks could be configured based on the value in this communication structure. In addition, you can also select the records from Database table and base the simple rules definition on these records.
Calculation types supported for simple rules are: SELECT, PERCENTAGE and Blank.
SELECT: Indicates data retrival from a Database table. You specify the name of the table in the Complex Rule definition. You can perform rules checking based upon data retrieved from the Database.
PERCENTAGE : A mathematical percentage calculation exist between two fields of the communication structure. The out put of the Rule will be TRUE or FALSE .
BLANK : The rule defines a condition check in the Communication Structure, and the output will be a TRUE or FALSE.
Example
You define a Rule according to which Bill-up matching should done for End Customer Invoice No from Ship-and-Debit Due List table.
You may define the Simple Rule as follows:
Primary Field Name : EC_INV_NO (Field name from the DbTable)
Calculation Type: SELECT
Logical Operator: Equal To
Logical operation data With Structure Field: EC_INV_NO (Field Name from the Communication Structure)
Note: In the Complex Rule definition you have to specify the Dbtable as /SAPHT/DRMSDDL.

In the Standard Setup following Simple Rules are defined:
BUSR01 BillUp Claim match for EndCustomer Invoice Number
BUSR02 BillUp Claim match for EndCustomer Invoice Item
BUSR03 BillUp Claim match for tracking Partner
BUSR04 BillUp Claim match for Msbookpartno.
Recommendation
Do not modify the standard Samples Rules. Define your own Rules if you need additional Rules.
