In this activity you specify the condition type to be used to create a ship-and-debit agreement condition record, depending upon the values you choose for the following parameters:

  1. Agreement application type - Additive/Exclusive
  2. Calculation type - Percentage/Fixed amount/Quantity dependent
  3. Agreement type - Down by/Down to

You will choose values for the above parameters upon approving a sell-through in the DRM agreement negotiation worklist after receiving an approval from the manufacturer/supplier for the new ship-and-debit agreement that you had proposed against the sell-through.

The system will further ask you to specify the condition table in which the condition record is to be created. In this activity, you also maintain the condition table which if chosen by you for creation of the condition record will make the agreement available for automatic best agreement search by the DRM system. The record is available for this purpose when it is replicated in another condition table meant for this. In this Customizing table you also specify this special table and its condition type for replication of the condition record.
