In this IMG activity, you can define the transaction code for cancellation of DRM processes. Following processes can be cancelled,
1. Normal and special buy sell-in at manufacturer/supplier. (processing code C)
2. Normal and special buy sell-through at manufacturer/supplier (processing code J1, J2,)
3. Normal and special buy sell -in at distributor/reseller. (processing code A)
4. Normal and special buy sell -through at distributor/reseller. (processing code G)
Example
If you have defined a new transaction code ZSSI to represent a sell-in proces and ZXSSI to represent cancellation of this process, you can make following settings in the system against ZSSI:
Transaction code ZSSI
Processing code A
Transaction code(cancellation) ZXSSI
Processing code 0A
Requirements
You must have defined the cancellation transaction codes and mapped it to an appropriate processing code.
Standard settings
Following transaction codes are available in the standard system.
XMSSI Cancellation of sell-in at manufacturer/supplier end
XMBST Cancellation of special buy sell-through at manufacturer/supplier end
XMSST Cancellation of normal sell-through at manufacturer/supplier end
XDSST Cancellation of sell-through at distributor/reseller end
XDDSI. Cancellation of sell-in at distributor/reseller end
Recommendation
You should try to use the transaction codes available in standard system as far as possible.
