Distributor Reseller Management employs the condition technique to maintain rules for price protection claims processing. In this IMG activity, you define condition types for maintaining these rules.

Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard systems, condition type PPC1 has been defined for determining the eligibility of DRM lots for price protection.
Recommendation
Do not change the condition types which are contained in the standard system. Use these as far as possible. Define your own condition types if needed with the key begining with the letter Z since SAP reserves this letter for this purpose.
Activities
When defining a condition type, specify an alphanumeric key which can have up to 4 digits, and a textual description.
Specify an access sequence for the condition type. You, however, need not specify an access sequence for header conditions.
