You assign users to dealers.
A user can, for example, be the person who is responsible for ordering spare parts for the dealer. This user uses his or her user ID to create the order. The name of the dealer is then used for further processing of the purchase order in the DI system.
Use
Enter a user in the first column. Use the second column to assign an application to him/her. In the third row, enter the dealer where the user works. Specify the document profile to be used in the fourth row.
