Example
In the Spare Parts application, you can choose between four order categories:
- standard purchase order
- spare parts standard purchase order
- return order
- purchase order for interchangeable materials
You define these categories in Customizing and assign them to the application so that the user can select them there. There is a special screen just for return orders that you can display by setting the indicator Return Order (RE) in this IMG activity.
In the Warranty application, you can choose between several claim types:
- standard claim
- pre-crediting claim
- post-crediting claim
