Use
In this Customizing activity, you define Application Building Blocks (ABB) that you want to use on the Web user interface (Web UI).
An application building block specifies the following for a particular application:
- Which Metadata provider class is used.
The Web UI Framework uses the metadata of the application building block to build the application model.
The Constructor in the metadata provider class determines the nodes, node hierarchy, and attributes used on the Web UI for the application.
Note: The metadata provider class that you specify must implement the
/PLMB/IF_SPI_METADATA_BASEinterface. - Which service provider class is used.
The Application model is provided with data by the Service Provider.
The system uses the service provider class to access and change data.

/PLMB/IF_SPI_APPL_ACCESSinterface.
