Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the application component for the service provider interface (CA-EPT-SPI).

You can use this BAdI to maintain the access methods for the service provider interface.

This BAdI is called when one of the following methods of interface /PLMB/IF_SPI_APPL_ACCESS is called:

QUERY     Execute a query

RETRIEVE    Retrieve data for a given list of node IDs

ACTION    Action for a given list of node IDs

UPDATE    Update data for a given list of node IDs

INSERT    Insert node ID and node data

DELETE    Delete node ID

With this BAdI you can:

• Influence the change parameter of the above mentioned methods
• Handle new nodes that were created with BAdI /PLMB/EX_SPI_METADATA

Requirements

Standard settings

There is no activated BAdI implementation in the standard system.

The default code is executed when there is no active customer implementation.

This BAdI definition is filter-dependent. There are two filters: APPLICATION_BUILDING_BLOCK and NODE_NAME.

If the filter-independent implementation exists, it will be called as well in the running application.

This BAdI is designed for multiple use.
