This IMG activity allows you to create RFC destinations to connect to various Information Worker servers.

Activities

Click on the activity.

  1. In the Configuration of RFC Connections screen, choose Create.
  2. In the Administrator tab, enter the following values:

Field    Value to enter

RFC Destination    Enter a name for the RFC destination.

Connection type    Press F4 and select G - HTTP Connection to External Server.

Description    Enter a description for the RFC destination

  1. Select the Technical Settings tab and enter the following values:

Target host    Enter the IP address of the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) for the Web service. This is typically the IP address of the host of the Information Worker server (for example, 127.0.0.1).

Service no.    Enter the port number for the WSDL of the Web service. This is typically the HTTP port of the host of the Information Worker J2EE engine (for example, 50000).

  1. Select the Logon & Security tab and select the No Logon option.
  2. Choose the Send SAP Logon Ticket indicator.
  3. Save the changes.
