You must manage the time points to apply for reports. You set the time points, after you have specified the default values for the report.

Requirements

You have created a report for which you want to set time points.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose the Report Catalog, and select the report. For example, BUMO.
  2. Under Dialog Structure, double-click Maintain Timepoints, and in the Timepoint ID press F4. A list of available system time points displays.
  3. Enter the following:

Property    Description

Timepoint Event ID    Press F4 and select the time point Identifier.

Duet Description    Specify the description for the time point. This displays in Microsoft Outlook.

Timepoint Status    Specify the status of the timepoint. Set to Active, to make the timepoint active.

Sort Order    Specify the sorting order for displaying time points in Microsoft Outlook.

Active    Select to make the time point available in Microsoft Outlook.

  1. Click Save.

Selected system or Duet time points for a report are available in Outlook only if you have configured the time point to be Active during the definition of the report (in the Report Selection phase).
