Use

For a report catalog, you can manage TimePoints and data change events for the SAP system and Duet. Time point is the period of time that is defined by administrator for reports to run. (Note that the default values will be used if you do not configure the TimePoints and the data change events.

Requirements

You have created and defined a Duet logical RFC destination.

Standard settings

Activities

To define TimePoints:

  1. Click the Activity icon beside Define TimePoints.
  2. In the RFC Destination Field, press F4 and select an RFC destination (for example, Connect Report Admin).
  3. Under Dialog Structure, double-click System TimePoints. The list of all system timepoints is displayed.
  4. Under Active, select the timepoints to allow or disallow for Duet and specify the Duet description for each timepoint. Save the changes.
  5. Under Dialog Structure, double-click Duet TimePoints.
  6. Click New Entries to create scheduling options to be used in Report catalog and check the Active checkbox.
  7. Save the Duet timepoints created.
