This activity is used to define context variables to specify dates for various Information Worker tasks. Context variables allow the Information Worker user to mention dates and date ranges by selecting relative values like "today" and "tomorrow" (without having to select the exact dates from a displayed calendar).

Requirements
Standard settings
Five context variables are pre-delivered to the system administrator. These variables may be modified and new ones may be added.
Recommendation
Activities
To define a new context variable, click New Entries. To modify an existing context variable, select a variable and click on the Change -> Display button. Edit the following parameters:
Column Description
Context Variable Specify the technical name for the context variable to map them to an RFC destination.
Short Text Specify a short text description for the context variable.
Var Type Select whether the variable is a parameter 'P' (for specific dates) or parameter 'S' (for relative dates and date ranges).
