Use
In this step, you can copy single triggered and chart reports for a selected rule violation type from client 000 to your productive client and specify the target RFC destination. You can do this in any productive client.
When you have copied a report successfully, you must specify some more settings to determine how it should be made available to users in the frontend application. For example, you should specify a role for the report, so that only users with that role can access it. You can also change other settings for the reports, as required. To do this, go to the step Assign Rule Violation Reports.
Requirements
Before executing this step, make sure that:
- You know the rule violation type and the report you want to copy
- The report that you want to copy already exists in client 000
- The target RFC destination has already been created in the productive client
- The report that you want to copy already exists in the system for which a target RFC destination has been created
- The report that you want to copy has not already been copied to the current productive system with the specified target RFC destination
Standard settings
Activities
For each report you want to copy from client 000 to your productive client:
- Select the rule violation type.
- Enter the name of the report to be copied.
- Select the target RFC destination.
- Choose Execute.
If this is successful, all the details of the report in client 000 are copied to the current client and the report's original RFC destination is replaced with the specified target RFC destination.
