The NF key identifies non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. Base quantities and base values can be entered for each key on client level (these values then apply both for sales and distribution and for purchasing).

Alternative base quantities and base values can be maintained in NF SD (sales organization level) or in NF Purchasing (purchasing organization level).

Activities

For each NF metal you define an NF metal key and a brief description. Base quantity and base unit of measure are used as a reference for weight specifications in NF processing. Rates are also maintained for this weight. A percentage procurement surcharge can also be maintained for use in pricing.
