Use
In this Customizing activity, you define which CRM-specific date types are to be considered as the planned start and end dates of the respective demand in SAP Multiresource Scheduling.
A service order may contain multiple date types, for example, customer requested dates and appointment dates. You can specify the date type that is to be considered when the CRM service order is saved and is transferred as a demand from the CRM system to the SAP Multiresource Scheduling planning board.
Using a priority you can define, for example, that the system is to consider the appointment dates instead of the customer requested dates. In this case, you assign the highest priority 1 to the appointment dates and priority 2 to the customer requested dates. This Customizing setting is recommended if you are using the appointment booking scenario in which the appointment dates that were agreed with the customer must be considered as the planned start and end dates of the demand in resource planning. In this example, the system considers the customer requested dates only if there are no appointment dates set in the CRM service order item.
