Use
In this activity, you can specify from which field in the CRM service order the system retrieves the organizational unit in order to integrate CRM service orders as demands into SAP Multiresource Scheduling.
By default, the system retrieves the organizational unit based on the data entered for the Service Employee Group partner function.
If you want to change this behavior, you can specify here that the system should retrieve the organizational unit based on the organizational data entered in the CRM service order.
Note:
We strongly recommend that you keep the default setting. In that case, you do not need to make any entries in this activity.

Activities
Create entries as required by entering the order type and item category (optional) and specify the source of the organizational unit information for each entry.
If you do not make settings in this activity or there is no entry for a certain combination of order type and item category, the default setting applies. That is, the system retrieves the organizational unit based on the data entered for the Service Employee Group partner function.
