Use
In this IMG activity you can determine the assignment location for a CRM service order. The system uses this location in SAP Multiresource Scheduling as the demand destination address and, using this data, it calculates the travel time or distance to the assignment location.
A service order can contain several addresses. You can select a priority for the address that the system transfers from the service order to the planning board. For example, if priority 1 is not applicable, the system selects priority 2 and the address that corresponds to this priority.
Requirements
In the Determine CRM Service Orders for Resource Planning IMG activity, you have defined all service orders that are relevant for the resource planning.
