Use
In this activity, you can configure the integration of assignment status information between SAP Multiresource Scheduling and SAP CRM.
You can do the following:
- Activate the assignment status integration between SAP CRM and SAP Multiresource Scheduling
- Specify that the system sets a certain status for an assignment in SAP Multiresource Scheduling once the related service order is confirmed in the SAP CRM system

Requirements
- Backward integration is active.
- Status mapping is set up correctly in SAP Multiresource Scheduling.
