Use

In this Customizing activity you set the weighting of certain parameters for an appointment search to be carried out by the system. When booking an appointment, the system should display an appointment with the greatest suitability (qualification) of a resouce, the shortest distance from the customer, and the highest priority in first place on the list of results.

Requirements

Standard settings

Enter one weighting each for the qualification, distance, and priority, which together must add up to 100. You can also enter a value of 0 for one of the parameters to exclude that parameter from the weighting.
