Use

In this Customizing activity you can set the order status at which the agreed appointment in SAP Multiresource Scheduling should be released automatically.

For example, an assignment may no longer be necessary because the customer no longer needs the service. The customer informs the service employee, who sets the order status to "Completed". The system cancels the appointment and deletes the assignment.
