Use
In this IMG activity, you specify how many resources the system buffers from the resource list of the planning board. The system buffers resources in the working memory so that it can update the resource list more quickly when you select new resources.

So that the system does not use too much memory while buffering, you can enter a maximum number of resources that the system saves in the working memory. As soon as this number is exceeded, the system starts a cleanup process whereby it deletes any resources from the buffer that have not been used for a long time.
By entering a value in the Minimum Number of Resources field, you can specify when the system attempts to delete resources from the working memory. Provided that the number of resources in the system memory does not exceed this minimum number, the cleanup process is not started. The system ensures that the number of resources is always between the minimum and maximum number entered.
If you set the Refresh Buffer indicator, the system deletes the resource buffer each time you manually refresh the MRS planning board.
