Use
This BAdI allows you to determine an anonymous ID for the resource GUID. If the names of the resources should not be displayed for the user due to restricted authorization, the system executes the BAdI. Instead of the name of the resource, the system displays the number in the results list of the employee search as well as in offers.
Authorization to view resource names can be set depending on the organizational assignment (resource planning structure).
Requirements
Standard settings
There is no standard implementation.
The following methods are provided for this BAdI:
- GET_ANONYMOUS_ID_FOR_GUID
This method can be used to determine an anonymous ID for the resource GUID. The ANONYMOUS_ID field in the /MRSS/T_RESOURCE_DETAILS structure can be used for this.
- GET_OBJID_FOR_GID
This method can be used to determine an object ID using the GID. This object ID can be either the business partner or the resource ID.
