Use

With this BAdI, you can define an alternative authorization check for the resource planning board. The BAdI checks the evaluation paths defined in Customizing to determine the change and display authorizations for the current user.

The BAdI is called when:

  • When you call the resource-planner work center
  • When you add new demands or resources to the resource-planner work center

The BAdI checks whether the resource planner has change or display authorization for the selected resources and demands.

Requirements

  • You have defined the evaluation paths for change and display authorizations and the resource planner type (preferably "P") in the IMG activity Multi Resource Scheduling -> Basic Settings -> Define Resource Planning Nodes and Evaluation Paths.
  • If you want to use the BAdI, the business process Authorization Check with Resource Planning Structure must be active in table /MRSS/C_SGE_BPR (field ACTV_AUTH_RPS).

Standard settings

The BAdI is activated as standard with the default implementation.
