Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the organizational unit for which you can start the manager's planning board (transaction /MRSS/PLBOMGR). You can use this planning board to display the current scheduling situation for the resources of a resource planning node or organizational plan. However, you cannot change any of the data.

Enter the object types for the organizational unit, evaluation path, and planning board profile.
The resources to be displayed in the manager's planning board are determined by the object type and evaluation path specified here, as well as the object ID specified on the initial screen of the planning board.
The assignment of a resource to a resource planning node is not relevant for determining resources in the manager's planning board.
