Use
In this IMG activity, you can configure the following profile settings:
You define the types of unstructured qualifications.
You assign a subtype for HR infotype 0105, in which the users for the portal are defined.
You specify the URL components for the user interface of the portal.
You assign Smart Forms to the profile types (resource and requirements profile), which specify how the forms are output for the profile types.
For each plant, you can specify the objects for which the system is to execute the where-used list for requirements profiles.
If usages have been defined here for a changed requirements profile, the BAdI: Extend Requirements Profiles is called when you save the requirements profile. This BAdI can be used, for example, to send a notification mail. To determine whether there are relevant usages, the system executes a where-used list before calling the BAdI. The objects that are searched for profile usages can be specified in Customizing: networks, service orders, material, and equipment.
To determine usages in materials and equipment through another method of the Extend Requirements Profiles BAdI (Definition: GET_WHEREUSED_DATA), both indicators are transferred to this BAdI and are evaluated accordingly when the BAdI is implemented.
