Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the following three values for matching on-call types:
- Value for total compliance: partial result if, for at least one of the required on-call types, on-call duty is planned for resources and completely covers the required time period.
It is usually beneficial to enter the fulfillment value 1 here. - Value for partial compliance: partial result if none of the planned on-call duties of the resource completely cover the required time period, but at least one of the required on-call types is planned partially for the resource
- Value for noncompliance: partial result if none of the required on-call duties are planned for the resource in the required time period.
Before the respective partial result is transferred to the total result calculation, the system weighs the partial result using the relevant weighting factor from the IMG activity Define weighting factors for matching criteria.
