Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the data fields in the HR master record from which the system obtains communication data for employees. For each data type (for example, e-mail), you define the corresponding infotype, subtype, and field.
The source can be entered for the following resource data:
- Department
- Fax number
- Telephone number
This resource data is used, for example, in the detailed display of the network and in the resource data of table-based planning board maintenance.
In the IMG activity Define Communication Methods for Additional Data, you specify which communication data is to be displayed on the planning board as additional data for the employees.
