Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
On the tab pages level, you can create a maximum of nine tab pages and enter descriptions for them.
You can specify which pushbuttons are available on the tab pages by choosing Pushbutton Status. You can also define the following properties for the pushbuttons:
- Text that is displayed on the pushbutton
- Status origin:
- If you set the status for assignments, the system displays pushbuttons with the assignment item and demand item origin.
- If you set the status for demand items, the system displays pushbuttons with the origin of the demand item.
- If you set the status for the demand header, the system displays pushbuttons with the demand header origin.
- Type of status (= abstract status)
- Icon that is displayed on the pushbutton
- Display in the context menu: If you select the checkbox, the system displays the respective status in the demand context menu on the Gantt chart and also in the item worklist. Statuses coming from the demand header are displayed only in the context menu for header demands. Statuses coming from demand item are displayed only in the context menu for item demands.
- If you have activated the display in the context menu, you must specify a menu ID. This must be a unique ID comprising 8 characters and it is used internally.
- Save Planning Board indicator: If you select this indicator, the system automatically saves the planning board as soon as the status is set.
- Relevance of assignment status for each demand type: This allows you to specify that the status is relevant only for networks or orders.
- In Toolbar indicator: If you select this indicator, the pushbutton is displayed in the application bar. Note that only the first two pushbuttons are displayed in the application toolbar for which you select this checkbox.
