Use
This BAdI enables you to define individual authorization checks to display the employee profiles on the Web interface. Employee profiles can be called by various users on the Web interface:
- By employees who want to display or edit their own profiles
- By approvers who want to approve or reject the profile
- By third-parties who want to display the profile (for example, a resource planner from the planning board)
In the last case, the BAdI is relevant if someone other than the employee or the approver tries to display the profile. In this case, you can use the BAdI to define authorization checks.

The BAdI provides the following method:
SUPERIOR_CHECK
This method uses the personnel number of the employee, the GUID of the demand, and the current user name to return an indicator that determines whether the user currently logged on is authorized to display the profile.
