Use
You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to change the statuses in the forward and backward integration scenarios from CRM to SAP Multiresource Scheduling and from SAP Multiresource Scheduling to CRM respectively.
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods:
- STATUS_CHANGE_FORWARD:
The status of the demand can be changed in the forward integration from CRM to SAP Multiresource Scheduling. - STATUS_CHANGE_BACKWARD:
The status of the order can be changed in the backward integration from SAP Multiresource Scheduling to CRM.
