Use

In this IMG activity, you create profiles that define the type of distance calculation. You can calculate the distance using a straight-line calculation, an external geographical information system (GIS), or a BAdI.

  • If you use the straight-line calculation, you must also select the proposed formulas (such as haversine).
  • If you use a GIS, you must also enter the RFC destination of the GIS, or the GIS connection in the case of an external GIS.
  • If you use the alternative distance calculation by means of a BAdI, define a BAdI implementation for BAdI: Determination of Geocoordinates and Travel Times.
