Use

In this IMG activity, you define the resource parameters that are relevant for the optimizer.

For each resource planning node, you enter the following data:

  • You can specify an optimization scenario to have the costs determined explicity, that is, dependent on the scenario. If you do not specify an optimization scenario, the system determines the corresponding profile using the resource planning node to which the resources are allocated.
  • How high the fixed costs can be for each day and resource
  • How high the fixed costs can be for each assignment and resource
  • How high the variable costs are for each hour
  • How high the variable costs are for each distance unit
  • You can also enter a factor to increase the duration of the assignment if the resource does not meet 100% of the qualifications.
  • You can allow travel times to lie in nonavailability periods and define maximum travel times for the start and end of work for such a case.
  • You can specify a maximum allowed number of assignments that a resource can carry out each day.
