Use
In this IMG activity, you define profiles to increase or reduce the costs for assigning a personnel resource depending on the level of suitability. You can enter these profiles in the settings for the resource-dependent parameters of the optimizer.

The profile definition can appear as follows, for example:

STANDARD 20 300.00
STANDARD 60 900.00
STANDARD 80 1,200.00
This means that if a personnel resource has a 65% degree of suitability, the system proposes additional costs of EUR 900.00 for the assignment.
